North Carolina Energy Company decided to build a NEW Natural Gas Power Plant.
America has some of the largest Natural Gas reserves in the world and gas is reliable 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks per year.
A spokesperson for a Power Company stated, "Natural gas is a big reason why our state’s emissions from electricity generation has been cut nearly in half since 2005. It’s a story that media don’t like to tell.”

Electric vehicles have to be driven around 50,000 to 60,000 miles before there is a net reduction in carbon dioxide emissions. The federal government requires batteries to be warranted for at least 8 years or 100,000 miles. Indiana Reveals Plans to raise utility rates to pay for Green Energy AND control how much energy YOU are allowed to use and WHEN you can use it.
On 12/5/2023, Centerpoint Energy Indiana (“CEI”) filed a 350 page filing, admitting to the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission, (“IURC”) they need to raise utility rates, IN ORDER TO PAY for GREEN ENERGY PLUS BACKUP ENERGY when SOLAR WILL NOT be ABLE to MEET the DEMAND.
Is this a plot to force every country to remove our farmland and forests, while contaminating our oceans, through the conversion to Part Time Solar and Wind Power, combined with FORCING us to ONLY OWN ELECTRIC VEHICLES, ultimately about simply gaining complete control over every part of our lives?
Why else would they be FORCING consumers to allow government controlled and regulated Utility Companies, to control when a light, television, cookstove, water heater, refrigerator, furnace, air conditioner, CAR or TRUCK can be used?
When you have governments allowing or encouraging electric companies to CONTROL how much electricity WE ARE ALLOWED TO USE, we are in dangerous territory.
